Background

Paul has over 25 years of first responder and emergency preparedness program experience. He has served in positions such as police officer, regional security supervisor, department manager, and as a director of multiple departments. Prior to coming to UCR, Paul was employed at Paramount Pictures as the Executive Director of Emergency Services.

Description

Paul analyzes, develops, implements, organizes, manages, assesses, and continually improves UCR’s comprehensive emergency management programs in our intensive, dynamic research and industrial growth environment. He also provides seamless integration of emergency management programs into existing campus organizations and activities, as well as with all other EH&S programs.
