BSEC/BES: Initial

Introduction to the responsibilities of the Buiilding Supervisor for Emergency Conditions (BSEC) and Building Emergency Staff (BES) and the emergency action items to be completed in a building evacuation drill. Topics include: ISEM, Responsibilities, and Initial steps to be taken in an emergency.
