Course Description
First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
Certification for Adult First Aid, CPR, and AED training.
- First Aid
This course trains individuals to recognize and care for victims of injuries and sudden illness. The fee includes the participant's booklet and laminated skills card. Certification is valid for 3 years.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
This course teaches individuals how to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults. The fee includes the participant's booklet and laminated skills card. Certification is valid for 1 year. - Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
This course teaches individuals how to use all the steps in the Cardiac Chain of Survival, thereby significantly increasing the victim's chance of survival with a defibrillator. Certification is valid for 1 year.

Dates: Classes can be held any date, with one week advanced notice to Environmental Health and Safety
Class Sizes: A minimum of 10 participants are needed for each class.
Costs: Please submit an FAU number for each person, to cover the following instructor costs (see chart above).
