Instructions for accessing the course:

 

  1. Go to the URL http://ucrlearning.ucr.edu  
  2. Login using your UCR NetID and password

    What if...?
    I'm having trouble logging in.
    The system could not locate my account.

    Are you a student or non-employee?
    Activate your UCR NetID.

  3.   Enter the word "food" into the Search box (on the left side), and click on "Go" 
  4. Click on the "Food Safety" title, and click on the "Register" button
  5. Verify that the box is checked next to eCourse, and click on "Submit"  

When you're ready to begin the course, click on "Start" next to the eCourse listing. You can pick up where you left off at anytime.
