Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I register for training (Existing Users)?*

*If you have taken training from EH&S in the past, you are considered an Existing User. For more information, please contact Training (951) 827-5528 or download a printable version.

1. How do I register for training (Existing Users)?

Access Account 

  1. Go to the Training Registration URL http://www.ehs.ucr.edu/training/registration
  2. Under “Existing Users” enter username (If you don't know your username, email Training to have it sent to you)
  3. Enter password (If you don't know your password, email Training to have it reset)
  4. Click on “Login”

Register (after logging in)

  1. Click on "Schedule of Classes"
  2. Click on the title of the course you wish to register for
  3. Select the date you would like to attend and click the "Register" button next to that date
  4. Click on "Sign Up!"

 A list of all classes you are currently signed up for is available on your online transcript.

2. How do I register for training (New Users)?

Create User Profile

  1. Go to the Training Registration URL http://www.ehs.ucr.edu/training/registration
  2. Click on "Signup" under the New Users section
  3. Fill in all information
  4. Click on "Submit"
  5. Click on “Login”
  6. Create username and password and click on "Submit"

Register

  1. Click on "Schedule of Classes"
  2. Click on the title of the course you wish to register for
  3. Select the date you would like to attend and click the "Register" button next to that date
  4. Click on "Sign Up!"

 A list of all classes you are currently signed up for is available on your online transcript.

3. How do I cancel my registration for a training class?

To complete a class cancelation:

  1. Go to the Training Registration URL http://www.ehs.ucr.edu/training/registration
  2. Under “Existing Users” enter username and password
  3. Click on “Login”
  4. Locate the session number (Sess # ) for the class you wish to cancel.
  5. Enter the session number in the text box next to the cancel training button 
  6. Click on "cancel training"

4. I forgot my username and password. How do I retrieve them?

Please complete the Username/Password Request form. We will reset your password and send you an email that contains your username and temporary password. 

5. How do I obtain records of my completed training?

Records are now available online for you to view and print.

  4. Click on “Login”

The first screen you see after logging in is your official transcript of course completions.

6. How do I obtain records for multiple individuals in my department?

Because these requests vary in detail and complexity, please complete our online records request form for multiple records. Please note that we will only consider requests from those authorized to obtain training records, such as a Supervisor, Laboratory Safety Officer, Principal Investigator, Department Safety Coordinator.
