Instructions for accessing the course:


  1. Go to the URL http://ucrlearning.ucr.edu  
  2. Login using your UCR NetID and password

    What if...?
    I'm having trouble logging in.
    The system could not locate my account.

    Are you a student or non-employee?
    Activate your UCR NetID.

  3. Click on the search icon in the top right corner.   
  4. Enter the word "food" into the search box and select "Food Safety 
  5.  Click on the click on the blue "Select" button for the drop down menu and select "Register"
  6.  Next, click on the blue "Register" button at the bottom right corner. 
  7. To launch the course, select the blue "Start" button  You can pick up where you left off at anytime.
