Non UCR Affiliate Food Safety Training
If you are not a student, faculty or staff member (you do not have a NetID) and are associated with a UCR Organization for a specific event, you may access the required Food Safety Training for Food Permits using this two step process. All students, faculty, staff or UCR affiliates should visit https://ehs.ucr.edu/publichealth/food-permit-request for the proper campus procedures.
1) Complete the web-based
online Food Safety Training
AND
2) Complete the online
Food Safety Training test*
Completion of both is required to satisfy the training component to obtain a Food Permit. EH&S will be automatically notified when the two step process is completed and you will receive a copy of the test results via the email provided.
If you have any questions, please contact temporaryfoodservice@ucr.edu.
