How to Work Safely in a Lab

All research has hazards and there are risks associated with them. This session will teach you how to Recognize Hazards, Assess the Risks of Hazards, Minimize the Risk of Hazards and Prepare for Emergencies.

This course is designed for first time lab workers, undergraduates, interns, volunteers and also provides a refresher for seasoned researchers. This does not replace or satisfy UC Laboratory Safety Policy training.
